I love that I learned about not just what inclusion and diversity mean, but how to spot biases and effect change. As a developer/open source community manager, this is such valuable knowledge for me, and I'm leaving the course more equipped to be more inclusive within the communities I manage.

This course opened my mind regarding problems of racism and sexism, sometimes you forget to be inclusive, and this was a good way to remember, and to get tools for avoiding these bad practices.
